Winning Condition:

- The gallery retains absolute discretion in selecting winners.

- The contest will run continuously, and the results will be communicated to you a few days after your application.
3. Contractual Agreement:
- All winners must sign a contract with total acceptance with the corresponding membership level awarded.
- The gallery reserves the right to cancel the awarded contract at any time without any obligation or liability to the winner.
4. Artwork Ownership and copy rights:
- Artists retain full ownership of their submitted work. However, by entering, participants grant Parcus Gallery the right to feature their artwork in promotional materials.
5. Submission Criteria:
- Only original artworks are accepted.
- The gallery reserves the right to disqualify submissions that fail to meet ethical or artistic standards.
6. Consent to Conditions:
- By applying, the candidate explicitly agrees to all the competition’s terms and conditions, including confidentiality and discretion policies. Interested participants may contact the gallery beforehand for clarification on these terms.
