Timeline
- Submissions: Open until midnight on the last day of each quarter.
- Results: Announced during the following month.
The ongoing prize will have its applications closed on: March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
Terms & Conditions
- Jury & Decisions:
- The gallery retains absolute discretion in selecting winners.
- Decisions are final, sovereign, and non-contestable, ensuring impartiality and confidentiality.
- Award Distribution:
- If no suitable winners are contemplated in a given edition of the prize, Parcus Gallery reserves the right to withhold prizes.
- Prizes are not cumulative for future competitions.
3. Contractual Agreement:
- All winners must sign a contract with total acceptance with the corresponding membership level awarded.
- The gallery reserves the right to cancel the awarded contract at any time without any obligation or liability to the winner.
4. Artwork Ownership and copy rights:
- Artists retain full ownership of their submitted work. However, by entering, participants grant Parcus Gallery the right to feature their artwork in promotional materials.
5. Submission Criteria:
- Only original paintings are accepted.
- The gallery reserves the right to disqualify submissions that fail to meet ethical or artistic standards.
6. Consent to Conditions:
- By applying, the candidate explicitly agrees to all the competition’s terms and conditions, including confidentiality and discretion policies. Interested participants may contact the gallery beforehand for clarification on these terms.
